Town Council & Power of Wellbeing
In accordance with Local Government Act 2000 as amended and Local Government and Public Health Act 2007, on 23rd November 2009 the Council affirmed that the four prescribed conditions for the use of the power of well being set out in 2008 SI NO: 3095 have now been satisfied. Eligibility to use the power will last from 23rd November until the day before the Annual Council Meeting following the next ordinary election.The Council's published Community Engagement Strategy Statement of Intent can be found at Town Council (Publications site)
